Once a visitor enters the museum with the app installed on their smartphones; near every famous artefact, a push notification is sent to the smartphone. The notification allows the visitor to get much more information than the one available there on the plaque. It also provides other facts related to the exhibit in the form of multimedia like pictures, audio or videos apart from the basic text form. In this way, the KonnectedArt acts as an independent docent to every visitor.
